Eligibility for Refunds:

Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Refundable Items:

Opened or used cosmetics due to hygiene concerns.

Gift cards or promotional items.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
